Privacy policy
We collect only the data needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.
What we collect
Account: email, name and password (stored as a hash). Access and contact requests: email, name and the message you send. Your work: strategies, backtests, folders, templates and bot configurations. Bots: MT5 account number, server and trading password, trade journal and bot telemetry sent by the agent. Technical: server logs (IP address, browser, requested page) used for security and troubleshooting.
Trading account passwords
An MT5 password is stored on the server only in encrypted form; the encryption key is kept apart from the data and its backups. It is never sent back to the browser and is decrypted only when your bot's agent fetches its configuration. If you run the agent on your own machine, you can keep the password only there.
Why we use it
To provide the service: run backtests and bots, show your results, reply to your requests, keep the service secure and fix errors. We do not use your strategies for anything else and do not show them to other users.
Cookies and analytics
We use two cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in and a language cookie to remember your language. Visit statistics are collected with self-hosted GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites.
Where data is stored
The service runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union. Backups are kept on the server and as a separate copy controlled by the team. The platform administrator has access to accounts for support.
Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your data, or to correct it, through the contact form; we will reply within 30 days.
